At Groundies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your barefoot experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items. If your shoes don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, our streamlined return process ensures a quick and easy resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include the completed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
